The hotel was clean and tidy, including our room. Delicious breakfast and great location near the train station. Lovely view of the castle and surrounding mountains. Warm room with extra pillows.
Nothing, all excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and in the town center. Guests can enjoy delicious pizza at the cozy pizzeria next door or explore the beautiful castle and mountains from their windows. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room is spacious and clean with good Wi-Fi signal. Guests can also park their vehicles in the opened garage.
The shower in the bathroom could use some renovation to improve the guest experience.

The location was great, we were able to easily access all the main sights of the city from our hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from including sweet pastries, fresh fruit, and hot coffee. The room was a good size and had a great view from the window.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft for our liking. The noise from outside was also a bit of an issue, as the windows didn't offer much insulation.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing me with information on the best routes for my motorcycle. The Wi-Fi signal was fantastic, and the spacious room was very clean and comfortable. Additionally, the self-service breakfast had a great selection of sweet and sour options. Best of all, there is plenty of parking available, including a covered garage.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Hotel Giardino offered free parking, which was great because finding a parking spot in this city is like finding a unicorn. The rooms were simple, but hey, at least they were bright.
The mattresses felt like sleeping on a pile of bricks. Good luck getting a good night's sleep!

The covered parking was a big plus during our Christmas stay. It was easy to find and conveniently located, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed about the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast spread was impressive.
The lack of air conditioning and uncomfortable beds made it difficult to sleep, especially on warmer nights. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.
Tourists from New Zealand often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
